Treasury :
NIC,
Pratapgarh has implemented the TISNIC and Pension Information System in
Treasury Pratapgarh. These system meets the complete functional need of
the district treasury for account preparation, payroll, group insurance,
GPF, Distribution of pension etc.
Land Record Computerisation
:
With the
help of the software prepared by NIC, the database of record of
right(KHATAUNI) for the district was completed. Copy of this record is
being generated with the help of this system and being distributed. Any
person can get the copy of ROR from the tahsil after payment. Regular
updation of database is being done by the tahsil administration.
Basic Shiksha Parishad
Payroll and GPF System :
NIC, Pratapgarh unit developed a new software of
payroll system for Basic Skiksha Parishad. This system developed in Visual
Basic as frontend and MS-Access as backend, provide number outputs help
officials of Basic Shiksha for timely distribution of salaries of
teachers.
Election
:
NIC, Pratapgarh unit play a major role in the Lok
Sabha, Vidhan Sabha, MLC, Panchayat and Nagar Palika election. The main
responsibilities during the election are to prepare database of all govt.
employees and deployment of polling personnel according the guidelines of
Election Commission, preparating and printing various type of reports for
district administration. Besides that NIC also play important role during
counting of votes, sending results and data to Election commission.
District Court
Computerisation :
NIC, Pratapgarh unit has implemented the District
Court Information system (DCIS) in district court, Pratapgarh. Filing of
new cases, next date of listing, generation of cause list are main
features of this system.
Application Processing
System :
NIC, Pratapgarh unit developed a system for district
administration to keep track of all information of complaint letter
received from the people. This system generates daily dispatech list,
officerwise pending and dispose list and many other reports as per
requirement of district administration.
Old Age Pensioner
Information System :
NIC, Pratapgarh unit developed a system for Social
Welfare Department for old age pensioners. In this system, all the
information of pensioners can be mentioned and prepare Blockwise or
Bankwise pensioner list for distribution of pension. Other different type
of reports can also be generated.
Sankhiyki Patrika
:
Annual Statistical Magazine giving details of various
socio-economics indicators and sectoral statistics of resources of the
district is being published through a software developed by NIc.
Besides these, number of
projects are running in the district.
